Kids Classes Information
Kids classes are suitable for kids aged 7 years and up unless otherwise stated. You are welcome to stay with your child or feel free to pop out and run a few errands or have a coffee at a nearby cafe. We require your child to be able to use the toilet without supervision if you are not staying.
If you think your child needs some additional support or would feel more comfortable with you there, you are welcome to stay and enjoy the class with them.
What to Wear?
Comfortable clothes and shoes are best, wire can be very unforgiving on clothing, so nothing fancy is ideal. Kids activities can some times be a bit messy. No Sunday best, just comfy clothes that can take a bit of creativity!
Minimum Numbers of Participants
Please note: Public dates for this class require at least 2 guests to run. In the unlikely event that we don’t reach this number, we’ll cancel the class; in this case we’ll inform you and allow you to get a refund or reschedule, so please watch your email/SMS one day prior to the class
Accessibility
Garden of Wire Creative Workshop is located in one of Oberon’s old buildings and has some accessibility limitations. The entry is via two low wide steps. The toilet is located outside via two steps, a narrow side pathway and is a “typical” Australian brick outhouse with limited space. We understand this is not ideal but will assist with steadying hands if required.
Term and Conditions
- All bookings are final within 48 hours of your workshop — no refunds, reschedules, or credits can be offered.
- If you are late or miss your session (no-show), we are unable to refund or reschedule as materials and staffing are prepared in advance.
- Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to 87 Oberon St, Oberon.
