Workshop Booking and Cancellation Policy

• All bookings are final within 48 hours of your workshop — no refunds, reschedules, or credits can be offered.
• If you are late or miss your session (no-show), we are unable to refund or reschedule as materials and staffing are prepared in advance.
• Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to 87 Oberon St, Oberon.
• Thank you for supporting small creative businesses!

Birthday Party Booking and Cancellation policy

• To secure your party date, a $150 deposit is required.
• If you need to cancel up to 3 days before the party, no fee applies.
• For cancellations within 3 days of the party, we’re unfortunately unable to provide a refund as we’ve already prepared materials and planned the session.
• Full payment due on or before the day of the party.
• We appreciate your understanding — this ensures every party runs smoothly and every child has a fun, fully-prepared experience.
